Service Description

Boot camp workouts utilize High Intensity Interval Training combined with body weight and strength training movements. These classes combine the benefits of both cardio and strength training for an efficient and high energy calorie burning class. There is a large variety in each workout and every workout is different. On average, a healthy person can burn 9.8 calories per minute in each class.
