At Barbells & BJJ, all our products are created on demand through a third party warehousing and distribution site.  Which means they are produced uniquely once ordered and therefore returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless the product is damaged or there was a manufacturing error.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing fault, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer either:

• A free replacement
  or

• A full refund

 

To help us assist you quickly, here’s what we need:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• Submission via email to jason@jtinoue.com with a clear explanation of the issue

 

You do not need to return the item to us. Once vetted by our warehouse, refunds are issued to you.

Reporting Timeline

We must receive your issue report within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations or Changes

Cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been placed or in production, as our warehouse may have already begun processing it.

Missing or Lost Orders

If an order is lost or delivered incorrectly, please contact us promptly. You can either receive:

• A replacement (possibly charged),

• A full or partial refund — depending on the situation

Print Placement & Color Variations

Minor differences in print placement (within ±0.5 inches) or minor color/light variations are a normal result of the printing process. These do not qualify as defects Printify.

Additional Notes for Special Categories

For products in categories like Food, Health, or Beauty, issues such as wrong item received, damaged during transit, or visible defects also qualify for free replacement or refunds if reported within 30 days of delivery.

1. Find your order details: order number, products, etc

2. Email jason@jtinoue.com with all order details

3. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

4. We’ll coordinate and update you quickly.
