I'm Jason Inoue, I've had a passion for fitness since I was a kid.  I started a home gym when I was 12 years old and then started competing in powerlifting and weightlifting in 1995 to get stronger for football. 

I graduated from the University of Washington (Go Huskies!) with a degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology and eventually received an MBA in Financial Management from City University of Seattle.  Since then I've continued to pursue knowledge in both business and the fitness industry.  

Over the past 19 years I've been fortunate to coach in many modalities from general fitness to CrossFit and sport specific training for athletes.  I've also pushed myself to take on new challenges and push the boundaries of the type of athlete I though I was.

Wherever you are on your fitness journey, I can meet you there.  In recent years I've been as heavy as 205lbs, eating everything in sight and as light as 155lbs on a vegetarian diet.  My body fat percentage has been as high as 29% and as low as 15%.  I understand the battle we fight in our head and our body.

I'm here to help you find your best self!

I believe in real change.  There are no shortcuts or magic pills.  Together we can take big steps to help you achieve the life you want and have a great time on that journey to freedom and confidence in your daily life.

I’ve been working with Jason for almost a year now. He began programming for me as I was recovering from a major surgery and just beginning to return to my training. I needed someone to tailor my workouts to my specific recovery needs and limitations, and he did just that. Always checking in to see how I was feeling and progressing and then continually adding in movements as I gained back my strength and mobility.

He’s very thorough and thoughtful in his approach and expertly straddles the line between pushing me out of my comfort zone and giving my body the rest it needs to perform better. Over the last 10 months, with his guidance and support, I’ve been able to build back up to my pre-surgery regimen of both lifting and running, even completing my second marathon last month. He’s helped me navigate injury, recovery, frustration, and self-doubt, all the while simultaneously pushing me and supporting me.
